Identify the stressors

You have to determine the things or happenings that cause you stress. You can also include people who are giving you anxieties and pressures. In this stage, we can identify what to focus on and think of appropriate solutions to overcome the stress.

Look for the roots

After identifying the stressors, ask yourself why they have become stressors in your life. Example, if you are stressed because of your work, assess if that work takes too much of your time or provides you daily burnouts because of the tasks and responsibilities. Through this, we can tell ourselves if we have to detach them or look for solutions to convert them to non-stressors.

Manage your time

One of the biggest stressors for people is the lack of time. Learn how to divide your time for work, family, friends, and your individual responsibilities. Actually, there is no such thing as “I’ve got no time”, only time mismanagement.

Do not overthink

Rest

No matter what happens, sleep! An average adult person is recommended to sleep at least 9 hours every night. Sleep is the only mechanism that restores the energy of our body to its fullest.
